Mr Rahul Dubey and team were very pleasant and confident during before and after my operation (s) over a 15 month period and gap, I am disappointed that the problem has not been fully rectified, and have now been discharged with no further action. Dependant on the next number of years I will see if improvements do occur as suggested by Mr Dubey, I was under the NHS but on both occasions thankfully was treated in a private part of a hospital, due to 3 cancelations under NHS.
