Service, excellent, the staff were very reassuring. Mr Mansoor did a fantastic job, again he was very reassuring. I had Toric lens fitted and could not be happier, unbelievable after wearing glasses for 50 years. Many thanks to all the staff.

The whole process from start to finish has been excellent and I could not recommend Mr Mansoor and his team highly enough. The service they provide is life changing and they should take great pride and satisfaction from their work, which I think he does, he seemed almost as pleased with the result as I am!!

I cannot speak too highly about the care given by Mr Mansoor. He treated me at Newmedica, North Ormsby and was always punctual for my appointments. He was always efficient and caring, explaining matters to me and very reassuring. During the cataract procedure he explained what was going on when necessary. He has a very friendly demeaner which is infectious. I would also comment that as well as Mr Mansoor all the staff that I met at North Ormsby are excellent. Donna is a star !
