I had TKR surgery performed by Mr Philip Heaton-Adegbile 7 weeks ago at the Fitzwilliam Hospital, Peterborough. I have to say that Mr Heaton is a wonderful doctor, very kind and understanding plus he listens to you and treats you with the greatest of respect. I went for my post op consultation yesterday at Boston West Hospital where Mr Heaton showed me x-rays he had taken after my procedure so I could compare them with my pre-op x-rays, I could immediately see that I will benefit hugely from this operation. He was very pleased with my progress and I am now walking with just one walking stick. The physiotherapy and daily exercises are quite arduous but I know that they are essential to get the new knee moving, Mr Heaton also reiterated this yesterday. The nursing and theatre staff at the Fitzwilliam Hospital were wonderful and caring, so thank you to Mr Heaton and everyone who looked after me.

DR Heaton performed a hip replacement for me 7 weeks ago. No more pain , no limping -amazing.He gave me great confidence from our first meeting and me and my family cant thank him enough. A true professional and a credit to the Fitzwilliam Hospital

After feeling very apprehensive about having a total knee replacement. Dr Heaton made me feel very at ease about the whole situation and the level of care before and after was excellent. Any questions or concerns that i had were always dealt with promptly which helped me tofeel more comfortable about everything concerned. .
