Mr Heaton has literally given me my life back! I cannot thank him enough for listening to me and taking action when other surgeons didn't. I have had two arthroscopes on my left hip and quickly realised that they hadn't worked. I wanted a second opinion because my previous surgeon refused to give me a new hip. I saw Mr Heaton and he said I should have been seen a long time before it got so bad. I was struggling to walk and do the normal things a thirty something was used to. As a Professional Golfer I was suffering with emotional issues due to the pain and the reality that I may never play golf again. Well, in 5 weeks time I will be back on the golf course! I have never felt better even if it's only just 7 weeks after my complete hip replacement, I am pain free. Thank you again Mr Heaton.

Dr Heaton is a remarkable doctor and surgeon. Before my knee surgery. He took great time with me in my initial consultation to explain everything so carefully and answer any questions I had. He was very understanding about how I felt towards my injury and treated me with compassion and offered a treatment option which I fully understood. I cannot thank Mr Heaton enough for his work. He really does care and have a great understanding of how pain can change your life. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Heaton.

Had a total knee replacement. So pleased I can now walk without tilting over to one side and the lump that had grown because of this has now been removed. Six weeks later the scar has healed really well and the swelling has gone down and is almost to normal size. Still uncomfortable achy pain during the day but getting better. Walking is a little stiff and heavy but can do all everyday activities. Night time still needs painkillers. Seems to cramp and lock in bent position and needs to massage it back to move. This is also improving nightly.
