On meeting Mr. Heaton at my initial appointment I immediately felt comfortable and at ease .I explained to him that I was very nervous and very apprehensive about having my much needed Total Full Knee Replacement. He understood my concerns and with his very understanding manner put my mind totally at ease and he gave me the confidence to agree for the procedure to go ahead. On the morning of my operation he came to see me and again reassured me that everything would be fine. I had total confidence I was in good hands. When I was in the recovery room Mr. Heaton came to see me and told me the operation went very well . He has a great bedside manner and instills you with confidence and you have total trust in him.
