It is not often one can give unbridled praise . Mr Heaton has been looking after my wife who has problems with her knees now for a number of years. His professionalism , genuine care and interest in trying to provide the best possible care is a credit to him. He is patient ,listens to her concerns and shows real empathy with her health issues. My wife and I have complete faith and trust in his medical skills trusting his advice completely. He has won our complete confidence which has helped my wife cope mentally during difficult periods . We wish to take this opportunity to thank him for his outstanding care and professionalism. When he stopped practicing at Boston West hospital we tracked him down and now see him at the Pilgrim Hospital.
