I am a brain tumour patient who emailed him repeatedly, called his team repeatedly to try and get an appointment. Unfortunately no one had the courtesy to get back to me. I was left hanging. After 1 month I realised no one was going to respond so went elsewhere. By way of constructive criticism, I would like to suggest that you tell patients you don't want to assist them so they don't waste time waiting and can find a consultant elsewhere. The disrespect shown to vulnerable people nearng the end of their lives is incredibly sad.
