I highly recommend Mr Liss to everyone, because not only does he give you 100% of his care & attention, but he explains treatment nice and clearly. Am pleased to say that I was never segregated.treated any different for being an NHS patient as opposed to being a private patient. He is so warm and friendly and this shows clearly when meeting him face to face. Mr Liss put mind in peace by explaining all my options/treatments, and helped me to make the right choice concerning my left knee; so much so, that I am pleased to say that my recovery is faster that expected. I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding irrispective of my station, which is why Mr Liss has my full trust and I am sure you will feel the same.

My wife had a knee replacement by Mr. Pascal Liss three years ago. It was never a satisfactory outcome, the leg was out of alignment, we were told problem was due to wrongly mixed cement? A revision was done, still my wife suffered pain! After further visits, it took months before he arranged for her to see his colleague Mr Hilt. A revision was done by both surgeons in attendance. The operation did not resolve her constant pain! We consulted two surgeons at another hospital who both stated it was not done correctly! The prosthesis was too short in length and she underwent a revision which has been done correctly! According to the surgeon who carried out the procedure, the condition was apparently likely to have collapsed according to what the x-rays had shown, so he operated as soon as a theatre was available. Her knee is now perfect. As soon as possible, with the Covid 19 problem, allowing me to get full details from the surgeon, I will contact the BMA regarding the matter!

An excellent consultant. He made me feel confident and reassured at every stage of my hip replacement surgery. He answered any questions and anxieties in an easily understood way. His manner is professional and caring and I would be more than happy to be under his care again.
