This doctor was my named Consultant in charge of my medical condition at the Trauma and Orthopedic Department at the Whittington Hospital in North London in May 2019. I received nothing but great care and respect from him and his team. He explained some of the factors that could have contributed to my medical condition and gave me treatment options for me to consider. When I opted for an operation, Mr Ahmad and his team explained in detail, the whole procedure and what to expect. I was given time to reflect and discuss with my family members and when I accepted to go for surgery, I was thoroughly examined, and I was able to see the scan/xray and understand exactly what was going on after a detailed explanation from the doctor. I was given the opportunity to ask pertinent questions about the procedure and after the operation, the after care I received was excellent; the doctor was present at every review to enquire about my progress. He was approachable, pleasant and took time to explain and answer all my questions without hesitation. He displayed professional bedside manner.
