From the first moment of meeting my consultant I have had a great experience, he had taken time to explain what was wrong with my hips, then giving me options & advice on how we can proceed in dealing with my hips, once I’d made my decision to have my hips replaced he made sure that I understood the total procedure & any problem that may arise from my operation, he was very patient in answering all my questions. But more importantly he make feel very relaxed about the whole process. From my total experience from beginning to end I honestly don’t feel you could improve the service you provide
