Dr Ahmad was extremely professional and understanding. He and his team kept in contact with me via telephone before and after my operation to reassure me and answer any questions. I found Dr Ahmed team explained everything in detail and ensured that I had all relevant information. During my visits to the hospital I was comfortable at all times because of the strict procedures they had in place regarding Covid-19. I was seen on time. This included masks gloves, multiple hand sanitiser stations and strict social distancing measures between patients which was very easy to follow. Overall I have found the pre and post operation care to be outstanding and they whole team have been very supportive.
