Luckily my knee injury happened ahead of the Coronavirus' UK impacts, but even so the hospital was very busy and waiting times were long. Nevertheless, when I got to see Mr Ahmad, and also before and after my operation, he was good to deal with, and very willing to answer questions. My only concern about the system is about the lack of priority given to physiotherapy. As it happens I was able to get private physio instructions, but it could have been good for Mr Ahmad to be more forceful (with me as much as any system) in ensuring that proper physio was being pursued. But basically, I was happy with his approach.
