I was admitted with a fractured femur at the height of the pandemic. Mr Ahmad and his team took a lot of time explaining what would happen in spite of the obvious pressures at the time. For the operation I was sedated and had a block for the operated limb. I recovered quickly and had no or little pain.The wound was very clean and sfter my discharge after 48 hours I have made a good recovery. Two weeks later the woun is completely healed and I am regaining mobility. I am delighted with my outcome and feel that is due mainly to Mr Ahmad's skill as a surgeon.
