Mr Metwally was our consultant while we went through IVF and ICSI. He was kind, empathetic and reassuring during a very difficult time. He really understood the mental as well as physical aspects of infertility. I am sat watching my nearly one year old eat breakfast and thank Mr Metwally (as well as all the other staff at Jessops).
