I had a HyCoSy procedure with Mr El-Sayed today. I was very nervous but he put me at ease (as much as that was possible under the circumstances!). He explained everything that was going to happen before we started and checked repeatedly throughout the procedure if I was ok and made a few adjustments to make me more comfortable. He was keen for me to look at the monitor so that I could really understand my results which he explained to me afterwards. He gave me lots of time for questions too. I would not hesitate to recommend him, know that you are in very good hands if you have an appointment with him. I had a wonderful assisting nurse Emily who also did everything possible to make sure it was going to be as painless and comfortable as it could be. Really lovely lady, I’m so grateful to both of them for getting me through it!
