Mr El-Sayed was professional, reassuring, and explained what he was doing every step of the procedure and involved me in the test by sharing and talking through with me what we could see and the end results. He gave me lots of opportunities to ask questions and I felt in very good hands and it is clear he is knowledgeable and experienced in his field. I would be happy to see him again and have absolute faith in his care.
