While having my procedure today, Mr Mohsen El-Sayed alongside his nurse and student nurse were very professional and helped me feel less anxious. The team were supportive of my needs, they explained everything to us and throughout the procedure explained what was happening, showed me the scan as it was happening while protecting my dignity. They checked I was ok throughout the procedure as they were aware I was feeling nervous and worried. I felt safe and in very safe hands. Everything today was explained clearly, the aftercare and next steps explained in great detail. Thank you so much.
