I could'nt have asked for a better experience (considering it was not the nicest of procedures!) Mr El-Sayeed and his assistant/nurse were both so helpful. They made me feel at ease from start to finish and were really helpful in answering questions. I couldn't fault either of them in any way at all. Very helpful and friendly throughout.
