Mr El-Sayed carried out the HyCoSy test for me today. Before the examination/test started he explained what I could expect from the appointment, and gave me the chance to ask questions. During the procedure Mr El-Sayed explained what the purpose of each part of the test was, and showed me the screen several times so I could get a better understanding. At the end of the appointment, he fully explained the next steps, and again, gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions or raise any concerns. Mr El-Sayed and his team were very friendly, kind and helped put me at ease. I would recommend Mr El-Sayed and his team to anyone experiencing problems in this area.
