I had a HyCoSy procedure with Mr El-Sayed today. In advance of the procedure I found his secretary was very helpful & provided me with adequate information around the procedure. Upon arrival Mr El-Sayed was very friendly (despite additional Covid 19 PPE) & immediately made me feel at ease. Before the procedure started I was warned that certain specific things may feel cold/painful etc so I was aware of what to expect. During the procedure I was shown on the screen what was happening & that my results were normal. After the procedure had finished Mr El-Sayed talked me through my results & the next steps in treatment. After this he allowed me to ask any questions. I would definitely recommend Mr El-Sayed, he made me feel comfortable, informed & treated me with respect at all times
