From the moment I was told I had breast cancer, my journey has been a scary one. Miles Banwell and I were first introduced to each other on my first appointment with him as my plastic surgeon. Somebody my Oncologist thinks very highly of. During this appointment Miles explained the whole procedure from beginning to end, offering a couple of options. I chose the route of reconstruction straight away, if all went to plan whilst I slept. On the day of surgery Miles came to see me, he chatted and drew lots of lines on my body to show where the work was going to happen. He, again went over the procedure, put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable with what was about to happen. After surgery I saw Miles again, it was day 3/4 and I was very tearful. He put a smile back on my face and I felt more determined to continue the recovery in the knowledge that all was going very well. On all of my appointments Miles made me feel good about my surgery. He has done a fabulous job and I would encourage anybody to seek him out in this field of expertise. A great surgeon, with an impeccable bedside manner.

I had breast enlargement and an uplift at The Spire Hartswood Hospital in February. The level of care I received from Mr Banwell, his team and the hospital was second to none. From my first consultation with Mr Banwell I felt I could trust him and appreciated the fact he was completely honest about what he could achieve. After having 5 children and breast feeding all of them I wanted my body back. He took into account my height and frame and listen to what I hoped for. I am delighted with what Mr Banwell has achieved. I am completely in proportion and my new breasts feel and look like they have always been there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Banwell to anyone thinking about having breast surgery.

I recently had breast augmentation with Mr Miles Banwell, from the start of the process through to the end I felt comfortable and fully informed throughout. Mr Banwell advised to the best of his ability and truly wants to give patients a natural look and feel to suit their frame etc. I found this very helpful going in to the process. Only a few weeks post op my scars are hardly visible, and the positioning of them means they won't be seen at all. My pain was managed well for the first 3 days post op and after a week I was back at work. The recovery process was quick and I saw Mr Banwell twice afterwards which was reassuring. I am due to go back in 8 months time again - All of these extra appointments are at no additional cost. I truly believe Mr Banwell does this job because he loves it and is clearly top of his game. I would highly recommend Mr Banwell and also The Holly who cared for me so well during my short stay.

I first meet mr Banwell in 2016 ,he was recommended to me by my friend who had a mole removed on her face which was the procedure I was looking to have done .mr Banwell is an absolute perfectionist in his approach to every aspect of cosmetic surgery , with this trust and confidence in mind I had my mole removed and was delighted with the results , this whole experience then gave me the confidence to then have a septum rhinoplasty in April 2019 ,this operation was going to mean major surgery . Miles Banwell and his team were absolutely amazing as always great sense of humour , total honesty with outstanding patient care from start to finish of my procedure I can not recommend this fantastic surgeon enough . I can now breath through my nose and it looks spectacular thank you so much .
