Mr Banwell is an amazing surgeon... I’m so happy with the results of my breast operation.. I always felt well informed and looked after. I was very comfortable with Mr Banwell at my appointments.. This has been an ongoing problem for myself since the age of 15 when I had my first operation.. Now at 33, I look in the mirror and feel normal, I feel I might actually be able to feel confident in my own skin... I can’t thank Mr Banwell enough.. I hope he gets to read this and know he must be helping so many women and changing their lives and the way they feel about themselves... Amazing work :-) I also would like to say a little thank you to the man who put me to sleep (wish I knew his name) I told him I suffered with anxiety and he was so helpful and made me feel he understood how I felt.. I thought I would be a mess but he put me to sleep and I was so calm and when I came round I felt relaxed aswell.. My care on Mayflower Ward was also very good, all the nurses were lovely and helpful and I was never left in pain or uncomfortable.. just the food could maybe be looked into as it was awful haha!! Overall my care from start to finish was great and I can’t fault it.. I’m very happy :) THANK YOU xxx
