Mr Banwell and his team give nothing but a 5 star service from start to finish. After doing an extensive amount of research before my recent breast operation I decided to choose Mr Banwell as my surgeon and I was not disappointed. In fact I was delighted. The result of my operation have been life changing for me. Many years ago I decided to have breast enlargements done and chose a surgeon (from a different hospital) based on the cheap price he was offering for my operation. This was a huge mistake and by the time I went to see Mr Banwell years later my breast were a mess. He really had his work cut out to correct them. After a 6 hour operation the results were nothing short of amazing! Him and his whole team really took care of me from our first meeting, through my operation and for weeks after. I never once felt like I was just a customer and really felt like they wanted what was best for me. I would like to thank everyone at the Spire Hartswood Hospital, especially Mr Banwell, for their first class service and care. I am truly grateful for what you have done for me.
