Mr Freudmann rocks! From the first appointment he has been approachable and informative. He never rushes you or dismisses any ideas you may have. After having a half knee replacement by him already, which has been a complete success , to discovering today that my other knee requires a full replacement, I have always felt involved in the decision making regarding my treatment and my wishes have been respected.
91/2 out of 10 due to no chocolate being available! Seriously though wish there were more like him.
