I found Mr Matthew Cartwright-Terry to be very professional, polite, reassuring as well as confident and explained everything about the procedure before hand, which in turn made myself feel a lot less nervous about the surgery. Post surgery after I'd came round from the General anaesthetic he made sure to come and see me and explain everything about the procedure, which as it happens went very smoothly. I can't praise Mr Cartwright-Terry enough for his expertise and professionalism.
