Mark was friendly and positive throughout. I trust both his judgment and his skills. He explained the procedure fully and anticipated potential questions. The operation itself went smoothly and I'm pleased with the result. The aftercare has been exemplary, too. There was only one area that wasn't perfect was my initial call to Mark's clinic and there was some confusion about whether I was an Optegra client or Mark's client. This was soon ironed out and, as it was a new system at the time, I presume this is no longer an issue.
