Mr Cope was very professional and very understanding with my knee condition. From the first meeting he clearly explained what the process would be ad the timescales on completing the procedure. Mr Cope is very clear in his dialogue and made me feel very comfortable and manged to answer all my questions in plain English, allowing me to clearer understand. It has been over 7 months since I had the knee replacement and now my life is coming back to normal, the replacement has now allowed me to kneel whilst praying which is a very important aspect of my daily routine and lifestyle. I am grateful for his support and thank you for a successful recovery. The full team at Fulwood Hall Hospital from the reception desk to the ward matron, her team, Mr Cope and his team, the physiotherapist and clinical staff have been wonderful, keep up the good work and thank you.
