Mr Sood was recommended to me by a good friend of mine, I contacted his office and spoke to a very nice lady who arranged a free consultation for me. Following the consultation I was given three options for treatment, all of the options were fully explained and I was free to choose but Mr Sood recommended a combination of two of the three for my particular treatment. I accepted his expertise and agree a course of treatment. On the day of the surgery Mr Sood explained the procedure again and asked if I had any questions or reservations. The surgery incurred some minor discomfort but was completed quickly and efficiently. A follow up consultation was arranged for six weeks after the surgery to check everything went well. It was clear to see before the six weeks were up that the surgery had been a complete success. Mr Sood is a very approachable man who takes the time to explain everything and ensure that I understood any medical terminology used. He answered all of my questions and concerns and I am happy to say the my treatment under Mr Sood has been a complete success and I am very happy with it, I would not hesitate to use Mr Sood's services for any future treatment.

Mr Sood made me feel like I had all the time I needed. He asks questions, gets to know his patient and genuinely listens even when discussing non-surgical matters. So often these days when visiting consultants / doctors they want to process you and get you out the door as quickly as possible. It's understandable with the pressures on the health system but it really makes a difference being made to feel like an individual and not part of a process. It really helps to lower any anxiety.
