Mr Kothari treated me for breast cancer following a diagnosis in March 2018. I really appreciated the one-stop clinic for the initial diagnosis. At the subsequent appointments before, during and after surgery Mr Kothari explained very clearly all the options available to me; listened to us; answered all our questions; and reassured me - he has a very calm and kind manner and I had total confidence in him. My surgery was successful and I have made a full recovery.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Mr Kothari after my diagnosis at Ashford Hospital. For all 3 surgeries I have now had with him, he has been utterly professional, reassuring and completely down to earth when explaining the procedures etc. I am 100% with the treatment and aftercare service. Very importantly also, he has an excellent assistant who follows up with all appointments and is very helpful. I cannot find a single fault or comment on the level of care I received.

Good listener, very thorough, and did full assessment of my symptoms which thankfully turned out not to be anything to worry about and put my mind at rest. Was anxious on seeing a consultant but I have to say, had a very calming effect.

I have seen Mr Kothari at Woking Nuffield Hospital at the
One Stop Breast Clinic, I told him my concerns, then was sent for a mammogram plus ultrasound, I was fortunate on this occasion that all was fine. I find Mr Kothari very pleasant to talk to and explains in thorough.

Mr Kothari is a UK trained oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgeon specialising in the treatment of breast problems. He has undertaken extensive clinical research in the subject of breast cancer and published his thesis for an MD degree from the University of London. He underwent higher surgical training in the North West Thames deanery and has received oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery training at The Royal Marsden, Charing Cross and St Mary's Hospitals in London.
