Mr Chowdhury is a consummate professional with the perfect combination of a really personable and reassuring manner and professionalism. He performed knee surgery on my teenage son this month and I could see by my son's reaction from their first meeting to the day of surgery that he was reassured and fully understand what was to happen to him; this shows how well Mr Chowdhury communicates with young people (as well as us the adults). He gave a full explanation of the procedure afterwards which indicated how skilled he is at his work. His secretary is also incredibly efficient and thoughtful too; with the volume of work she has to deal with, she remained one step ahead and fully understands what patients need. Really fantastic care!
