Mr Alakandy was extremely proactive and was keen to get to know my lifestyle needs before progressing with the surgery. Once the surgery was scheduled he continued to communicate very clearly explaining all the risks and the approach to mitigate them. The initial surgery was cancelled due to ciricumstances beyond his control at which point he went to great effort personaly to reschedule a date with as little delay as possible. During the entire pre and post op despit being very busy he made the time to talk over any question I had. I never felt rushed during any of our conversations and he floowed up on questions also.
