Mr Lester Wilson 14 years ago I had a ruptured “herniated” L4 disc with gradual worsening pressure on my nerve causing excruciating pain which gradually extended to my legs. Mr Lester Wilson is not only I believe to be an expert in his field but has a mannerism that makes one extremely comfortable and confident in his diagnosis and recommendations. This is particularly valuable when he considers he needs to conduct surgery - as I believe that you need to go into the operating theatre with a relaxed and positive attitude. However Mr Wilson does not automatically recommend surgery. You need to listen carefully to his recommendations. The operation was 100% successful and as advised I have continued to work carefully on my fitness, flexibility and my weight. The end result has been 14 years of comfort and flexibility. Happiness!
