I was referred to Mr. Tan in November, 2020 following removal of a melanoma from my lower left back. He explained clearly that the next stage in my case, was to undertake a wide area excision under local unaesthetic. Mr. Tan was most engaging and clear in his responses to me as regards process and timescales This surgery was arranged most promptly and executed by members of his team in mid-December 2020. The surgery team were extremely professional and considerate and the resulting minimal scar has healed exceedingly well. Mr. Tan advised in a follow up telephone conversation in mid January 2021 that no further cancer had been detected following my surgery and explained clearly to me the follow up care processes that should be undertaken immediately and those that would be involved over the next 5 years. Mr. Tan has an engaging persona and is clearly a top professional in his field. I felt most comfortable and confident in his direction, care and interface with me as a patient.

I underwent surgery towards the end of November this year. I had implants removed and breast reduction. I didn’t take this decision lightly as I had been considering it for very many years. I can honestly say that from the very first moment I discussed surgery with Dr Tan and then met him in person, I was fully confident in him and in his ability to perform surgery on me. I first met him during an online consultation due to COVID19 and was immediately impressed with his complete understanding of my wishes and expectations. Mr. Kian Tan is an exceptional surgeon. He is very meticulous when it comes to his work and takes great pride in it. I came to Mr. Tan for a breast augmentation and I am absolutely amazed by the service that was provided and the results. I am now 2 weeks post-op and Mr. Tan has been very reassuring all the way through. I would not recommend any other surgeon by far Mr. Tan is top. I met with Mr Tan in August to have a lesion removed from my temple. Due to COVID restrictions I had barely been out of the house and had to attend the clinic alone, so it was a nervous pensioner who entered reception. Mr Tan was calm and reassuring, he explained what would happen and during the procedure he chatted and joked with me which put me at ease. He removed the lesion and sent it away for a biopsy. (The results of which were good) After a week the wound had healed really well and after two weeks nobody would have known there was ever anything there. Mr Tan offered me a wound review after 6 weeks and once again he was chatty and friendly. He said if I was concerned in any way to get in touch with him. I would highly recommend Mr Tan for any plastic surgery procedure. He is a great doctor and you know you are in safe hands.
