I first met Mr Graetz last year when I attended QA as an emergency case with a suspected appendicitis, he performed a laparoscopic wash out after discovering my appendix was actually ok and I had a perforated diverticula with an abscess.
From the beginning he explained what the initial procedure would be, how he would do it. Afterwards he explained fully what he had found during the operation and how it was corrected.
Yesterday he performed a Bi Lateral Laparoscopic Hernia Repair on me. Did yet another brilliant operation and I feel ok today.
One of the things I like about Mr Graetz is his 'bedside' manner, he is very friendly, approachable person and if you do have any questions you don't feel awkward asking them.
Considering how busy he is you always feel he has time for you and he doesn't rush you.
