I was terrified of having the laryngoscope procedure because of horrible things I'd read and a bad past experience. I have anxiety disorder and Mr Kapoor was extremely kind, knowledgeable and understanding about this. He was very down to earth, funny and easy to talk to and put my mind at ease. He did the laryngoscopy so quickly and I can honestly say it didn't hurt one bit. A second or two of a strange sensation and then over...I bearly felt a thing. I would highly recommend Mr Kapoor to anyone but especially to nervous patients who might put off these procedures out of fear when there's truly no need.
