When my husband and myself attended an appointment recently regarding an injury to my husbands left wrist we could not have been shown enough care by Mr Jones along with his health care assistant. His examination was thorough and throughout verbally explained his actions. Mr Jones was patient, listening and answering our concerns in a relaxed yet professional way. My husband and I felt individual ,a lot if professionals treat you more like a patient number.Both Mr Jones and his health care assistant were joyvill making us feel totally relaxed, laughing and joking with what could be a forthcoming operation. We both left feeling mentally at ease as such empathy was shown towards us. Mr Jones without doubt is the most wonderful proffesional we have ever met, we can not praise him highly enough.Thanks Mr Jonathan Jones, you are a credit to the profession and a real gem.
