I had a consultation with Mr Jones about a potential issue with my hand that seemed to be developing. I was shown into his room with hardly any wait and was warmly greeted by Mr Jones. He took the time to get to know me and my circumstances in a throughly professional and friendly way. He quickly diagnosed that I had early stages of Dupuytren's Contracture and gave me a full explanation as to what this was, how the condition may develop and crucially when intervention was appropriate. I felt able to ask all the questions I wanted to in an unhurried manner and Mr Jones gave his complete attention to me throughout the consultation. A throughly professional and caring Consultant who I would recommend to anybody. A credit to the NHS from whom today I received a great experience from start to finish. Many thanks
