My experience with Mr Jones as my surgeon was wonderful. He gives you great confidence, explains in detail your treatment, listens to you and treats you with respect. I have had two operations under his care and both have been successful. However, after care in clinic at Stamford leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting times are pretty grim. I waited one and a half hours over and above my appointment time to have stitches out and see Mr Jones. Not ideal.
