I have been under the care of Dr Jones now for 5 - 6 years and I presented him with a very complicated case and not once did he rush my appointments or try to push me to another surgeon. The time and effort he spent on me and my mum to help support me was amazing. He even took the time to understand my lack of trust to medical professionals and my phobia of needles meaning he gained my trust so I was able to receive treatment with as minimal stress as possible. I would recomend him to anyone. I am very 4hankful for all of his care and time. The only suggestions or complaint I would have is there have been numerous times I have been sitting in the clinic and Dr Jones hasnt even been in meaning I see a registra that knows little about my case meaning we wasted each others time. Also I have sat 2 - 3 hours after my appointment time which is not acceptable 40 minuites late is where I see acceptable knowing how busy the clinic is.
