Mr Phadnis listened to me right from the beginning, and made my issues understandable and clear. He explained the procedure so clearly that there was no doubt it my mind that the surgery would be necessary. After the surgery he took me through what had been done and activated my aftercare. The subsequent follow ups were informative and encouraging, and I have no problems recommending him.
