Mr Parmar was calm, approachable and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and able to ask questions. His explanations were in terms that I understood, as a non medical person. I felt Mr Parmar was interested and I didn’t feel hurried. I would recommend Mr Parmar and if I, or anyone that I know, needed to see him, I would feel confident in his professionalism and expertise.
