My autistic son required an appointment to have some ear wax removed. The previous consultant had retired. My son was very anxious about the appointment as it was with a new consultant. Mr Lim was very approachable and immediately made my son feel calm and relaxed. He spoke gently to my son and provided him with the necessary reassurances. The appointment was a success and the procedure to have the ear wax removed was carried out with minimal fuss. Thank you very much.
