I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy Lavy in January this year at my initial consultation with him at One Welbeck. Mr Lavy believed my bilateral conductive hearing loss was due to otosclerosis and that stapedectomy could restore this considerably. I had been denied stapes surgery by my local NHS so this was the most encouraging news I could have wished for! Mr Lavy explained everything involved with the surgery, including the risks, and at no time was I pressured into making a decision. I did, however, decide to go ahead and went into One Welbeck in March for the procedure. The results are amazing and I no longer dread or struggle in social settings - Mr Lavy has given me back my social confidence, along with a vast increase in my hearing levels. Truly life changing! The level of care I received from everyone at One Welbeck was second to none. Mr Lavy is a truly brilliant surgeon and a kind and compassionate person. Thank you so much.
