Dr Seddon is always happy to listen to your concerns, explains in detail of what he perceives the problem to be, and makes sure that you understand what the next steps/treatment are. He's more than happy to reiterate any details you are unsure of. I always feel at ease and am confident in his diagnosis.
My only concern would be that his appointments rarely run on time.
