I have enjoyed walking as a hobby for many years but in recent I have been troubled by an increasing pain in my right foot which severely limited my ability to continue walking beyond gradually diminishing distances. In January 2018 I was referred to Mr James Carmichael at the Fitzwilliam Hospital who quickly diagnosed the issue as a Morton's neuroma. This was excised on 7th February by a quick and efficient piece of surgery. This was extremely successful and I am now back to walking as far as I can manage.
