I met Mr Carmichael on two occasions and was inspired by his approach. His forthright, professional attitude was reassuring, I felt relaxed and confident about my procedure .Post operation I had minimum pain from the start. My recovery was quicker than the time frame expected, I am very pleased with the outcome.
