When I first had a consultation with Mr. Carmichael, I was in absolute agony and of the mindset that I would be like that for the rest of my life. I used to go running 5 or 6 times a week and absolutely loved pushing myself every time, but had got to the point where it hurt to stand , let alone walk. After consultations and X-rays and a lot of straight talking and reassurances I have had both feet operated on. Mr. Carmichael is very thorough in explaining what needs doing, possible problems and aftercare. If I have had any problems it’s never too much trouble for him to listen and explain and that meant a lot. I can’t express enough how much Mr. Carmichael has changed my life and that is not an exaggeration. He has given me my freedom back of being able to walk pain free again and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing foot surgery. I will be forever grateful for his expertise.
