I had a very heavy fall from my mountain bike onto my shoulder & went to St Peters Hospital, Chertsey. I was placed under the care of Mr Polyzois, who gave me a good explanation of my injury & my treatment options. I underwent an ACJ LARS reconstruction operation on 4 May 2018 at Ashford Hospital, Surrey. Mr Polyzois performed the operation. I’m very pleased with the results of the operation – my shoulders are perfectly symmetrical once more, & the scar is much neater than I expected. I’m grateful to My Polyzois for his excellent work. The care I received from the nurses on the ward immediately before & after my operation was very good & the physio team have been good too.
