I saw Mr Polyzois initially for shoulder pain and restricted movement, and after X-ray and MRI, had ultrasound-guided injections as a first procedure followed by physio, Unfortunately this wasn't successful so Mr Polyzois recommended an arthroscopic sub-acromial decompression. During the procedure he also identified scar tissue in the capsule causing a frozen shoulder so addressed this. He'd previously warned me of a 12 week recovery period and has kept a good eye on me since the operation, making sure the physics didn't have me doing inappropriate strengthens exercises too early. At 6 weeks since the operation, I have massively improved range of movement and things are looking good for a total recovery. I have total faith in his judgement and quality of care and would recommend his services.
