I had a significant fall on my left shoulder and sustained a grade 4 ACJ dislocation and had a reconstructive procedure to rectify the damaged ligaments. The difference to my range of movement is huge and since the operation, my functional strength is returning and am back to my sports which is where I wanted to be.
